Our fish and shrimp are committed to quality and cleanliness and come from open, unpolluted water. The HACCP and U.S. FDA Standard processing facility, which is outfitted with the most cutting-edge processing facilities, is then used to process our fish and fish products. To guarantee the consistency and reliability of our fish products, we exclusively use professionals. All operations within the factory are conducted using clean, fresh water, and additional attention is paid to the teams’ personal cleanliness. Our professionally qualified quality control staff performs many processing, inspection, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing.

Bothn technological and non-technology departments receive the standard training offered by the corporation and by outside professional organizations, which covers processing skills, quality control, and leadership abilities.

 

Processing Steps Are:-

Step 1:Fish are delivered from Karachi’s main fish market.

Step 2: After further inspection, the rejected fish are returned to Karachi’s main fish market.

Step 3: Fish and shrimp that have been approved are then delivered to the peeling department for cleaning.

Step 4: Then, in the tanks with cold water, cleaned fish and shrimp are washed and frozen.

Step 5: Then, chilled fish and shrimp are divided into different grades.

Step 6: Then, graded fish and shrimp are repeatedly washed and refrigerated in various tanks.

Step 7:The packing department receives the graded fish and shrimp, which are subsequently placed in little boxes.

Step 8:Small boxes are then moved to trays and frozen for 90 minutes in the supplied contact freezer, which is set to -40 C.

Step 9:Then, the little boxes are moved over to the big containers.

Step 10: The major cartons are then kept within the available cold storage. To ship products to customers, the storage unit is positioned between -18 and -20 C.
