Our major fish market is where we source only the highest quality fish and fish products. First, our experts examine the fish and shrimp, and if they are pleased with the quality, they give the rest of the team permission to continue processing the fish and shrimp. When the fish and shrimp arrive at our company, once more our expert inspector’s team (Quality Control Team) examines the quality and rejects the fish and shrimp if the quality does not reach our company’s standards. After being frozen, the fish and shrimp are once again inspected by our company’s frozen department to see if the quality meets criteria or if the fish and shrimp are damaged.
